What's it like?
From the pictures on the timbre website it looks mainly flat, single track.

It is, if you like pedaling then you'll enjoy it, if you want hills both up and down forget it.

Would be ok for taking your son though. Not a great place to ride if you want to challenge yourself, but i would go once just so you know what it is like yourself. Might be perfect for your son to get better. There is a small pump track there as well, not the best but not the worst either.

As Scarper has pointed out, it is more for my Son. Trying to build up his fitness and confidence.
He felt sick at times pedalling up the hills at Bedgebury, lactic acid build up. His 15.5" frame is still a little big for him, so I think he finds it heavy going on the climbs. He is fine on the downhill sections and loves going through the trails.

Where is the pump track? Its fairly local for me so might check it out.

I asked at the info booth, but its not far from the main hub/car park. Hard to give directions without a map, but pretty easy to find once your there.

If I remember rightly from the car park at high lodge follow the signs red/blue cycle trails going across the forest road
Then when the trails signs say go right for red trails carry on straight across and pump track is down that way on right I think
