It's been a time but I fancy doing some miles so the Thurrock loop must be reborn!!! Meet at Banatynes Gym on Chafford Hundred at 19:30 (you can park cars there without issue). We'll start easy as I'm well off longer rides (even flat ones) so it'll be open to all but note it is 25ish miles and takes 90 to 120 mins. Ian/Ade if you are coming please agree which one is bringing the foam bananas... |

Hi fat fighters at Hournchurch . 8.00pm finish so could meet you at the park some where .bridge from berick to valley park .but do not wait for me . I am guessing you will take about 30 minutes to get to the park . Bob |
