After a nearly 2-year break I'm back on a new bike and raring to go. First ride back I'm up Hadleigh on Saturday with one of the members showing me round if anyone fancies an early morning leg strecher (9am). Sunday open to suggestions, maybe Thorndon? Keeping it easy going to get used to being back in the saddle but hope to pick up the pace again very soon and looking forward to seeing some old faces out on a ride. |

Its all good now mate, loads of physio, visits to the chiropractor and rest. missed the biking. hope to see you again soon mate for a ride. |
