Just thought id post up that me and a friend from work are heading up to epping after work tomorrow evening. finishing work in harlow at 5.30 so should be at highbeach between 6-6.30 if anyone wants to join us.
will be going from high beach up to pole hill if anyone wants to join us.
will be a fairly slow pace with a few stops (have to let me heart slow down otherwise pacemaker electricutes me)
