Starting from the bury road car park.

Bug eye type trails with bacon butty stop. :high5:

I am new to the group so could you please let me known roughly , how long do you ride for and what distance do you cover in that time

Hi Barry,

Firstly, welcome along.

Secondly, Sunday's ride will be around 2-4 hours and cover 20 or so miles.
Pace will not be roadie style. (No racing)
Plenty of stops and pauses for people to catch up etc.

Would definitely have got lost with out them.

Was fast trails, but i was really suffering on the way back. I think my brother was riding the fastest he's ever ridden and trying to keep up killed me off.

Strangely not to achy this morning?

Head and nose ok guys ,shoulder and elbow very stiff and painful be ok in a few days still enjoyed the ride guys thanks
