Sorry to hijeck the the thread a little but im looking to go myself on the weekend. Is surrey hills accessible by train from London specifically clapham junction? If so how and is it possible to get from a station to the trails? (is there a postcode to use or something for my garmin?) from what I have read Pitch Hill or Holmbury are the best places to go cheers Joe. |

I would train it to Dorking and a 5-6 miles to Holmbury but it will be a big day out as it aint flat

Yeh, not too fussed about the hills to be honest what goes up must come down and all that. What station in Dorking would that be the trainline brings up dorking station, dorking deepene and dorking west? do you have a post code or anything for Holmbury? cheers. |
