Hello all.

I am in Harlow, Essex and been off the bike for 4 months - looking to get back on the saddle this week and possibly do a leisurely Flitch way on Sunday.

Anyone else fancy a regular ride - Flitch or any recommendations???

over 40 now so some regularity or commitment needed - I like to cycle in a group, some decent distance with a bacon roll at the end...

Just signed up for the London to Southend ride in late August so hoping haven't lost too much steam.
