VW, I was just thinking the same thing on my way home.. Thought if was gonna be case if quick change and jump in car over to Thorndon ;)

I will be over Thorndon for 11 and if you can come I will see you tomorrow. I'll be buying food at the cafe rather than a picnic or BBQ as it will be easier.

There were three families who came over including mine. It was a nice chilled affair and perfect weather with my kids in the trailer, Craig's in a rear seat and Dave's son on his single speed making all the climbs. A nice lunch and chat post ride with the kids playing together. A nice few hours was had by all and hopefully if we do it again with more people it wlll be even better.

Hi Greg, sorry for the delay in my response.. thanks for the guided tour the family had a great day and out (even with my hangover from attending at a stag do on sat :o ) looking forward to a 'proper ride sometime soon.
