Hi late notice just got my bike back. Will be doing my usual loop and had noticed a lot of epping chat so thought I'd post it. My loop takes about 1 hour and 20 mins but will extend it a little tomorrow. All welcome won't be a fast pace as I'm on a heavyish bike. 9 at high beach near the tea hut |

No sure Duncan is doing the uplifts anymore mate. Think I caught a glimpse of you boys disappearing into the woods near high beech yesterday.. Green capra? I was panting my way up wellington hill at the time so in no position to give chase.

If that was around 9.30 then probably us yes. It's running sweet right now eh? Yes I'm pretty sure Duncan's not doing that anymore but when you think about how much pedalling you have to do at Surry hills triscombe would maybe be similar. I'm going to be down there I think the last Saturday of October so I'll try and see what everyone's up to nearer the time |
