Out of interest, is there a decent bit of riding to be had between Connaught Water and Whipps Cross then? Looking at a map it just looks like roads, so whenever I've ridden Epping Forest in the past I've never strayed any further south that the carpark at Connaught Water... would love to know if I'm missing out on some good off road trails?! |

Only roads we use are when we cross over them back into the wooded sections. Have to do the ride on Sunday to see this route, learning new trails is always fun |
