Click on the Epping tab here http://www.essexhertsmtb.co.uk/riding_spots.php to get a detailed view on where carls is. Sorry there is no one with a bit of trail knowledge out tomorrow - we are either injured or heading to the alps. Enjoy exploring and let us know what the conditions are like
