Hardly use em really apart from training drills! always a set of stairs to run up somewhere!

A year away still due to cut backs the older you are the better coz they aint gotta give you a proper pension!

Ride to work every day, as fast as you possibly can.. Try and maintain 15mph avg speed. Head down arse up! Great for abs, back, butt,lungs and obviously your legs.

Trust me it tones the lot. I take it you just want to tone not bulk up? Better than push ups!
