I'm (along with Michelle, Charlie (8) & Ollie (5)) raising money for Essex and Herts Air Ambulance by taking part in Foulness Bike Ride. Please sponsor me at http://www.virginmoneygiving.com/McHughMob

Michelle, Charlie & Ollie will be doing approx. 15 miles whereas I’ll be adding 1 or 2 more 4 mile loops on Foulness while they have a breather ;-)
