Anyone know of any offroad routes between Upminster and Thorndon country park?

You could come up through squirrels heath and thames park i think its called? near the back end of harold wood?

It goes through Cranham Marshes, then Thames Chase, and then it's just the uphill slog of Warley Street and Bird Lane, then you arrive at Warley Gap.

Or Hall Lane, then Pages Wood, Tylers Wood.

Possibly a route through Folkes Lane.

Be better to just use the cycle path along a127 to childerditch

You can export from Strava if you have a pro account I think.

I'll download it later and post a link if somebody doesn't beat me to it!

Or the rude way can use a website and just steal gpx file.
