Endurance training !!
With study and three young kids and work I'm struggling getting out more than once a week. As long as I pass my degree in June I'll get on my teacher training in September and the missies has agreed on a new FS but in order to test properly I need to be full fit.
Does anyone have tips on training on x trainer and excersise bike ?

Running twice a week even for half hour will always help. unless you want to play with the kids on the turbo you cant do endurance training really without investing the time... unless you live at altitude or have an oxygen tent/vials of epo lying around...

Exercise bike - Can you use that as a spin bike up on pedals. There some good Spin class videos on Youtube with time bar at bottom.

I'm happy to train Tugger but work until 10.30 Monday and have lectures on Thursday until ten plus study on other days last season I ran at 10 o'clock at night but fancied some indoor tips. I don't have time my degree is30 hrs study a week I work and obviously two late nights. Next season should be back to normal final three exams in June :)
Spence sounds like a plan :)
