I thought it was pretty good. Go ape and rock climbing for the kids was great!

Did anyone try the Haute Route 1000meter challenge? I destroyed myself trying to win it!!!

Wow!! This time I really enjoyed. Arrived 9am to avoid the crowds and could talk to many expositors. Went to the bike fitting area and tried the Retul bike fit machine for free! Now I have some very useful data. Some free bars courtesy of the cute girl from USA Questbar and bought the gloworm x2 and 2 batteries for a very good price. Didn't bother with the side events and that.Saw those bikes without chain...a carbon road bikke for 4.2kg hilarious!!
When leaving I registered my bike with the police.
I wish I could've been another day. I couldn't see the other shows.

Compared to Eurobike, this is just a tiny piece of cake, but it's still a lot to offer.

I couldn't find it.

I was around and around. JUst seen one of a longer distance where some children were hanging around and a max watts competition.

Some nice looking Intense & Niner bikes. Surly Instigator on Whyte Brothers forks looked nice on those medium fat tyres.

Apparently TRI UK was robbed of £250k worth of gear & bikes when their 2 vans got stolen at 1am from the carpark!!! I think they asked for it.

File comment: One for VW Surfbum to go with his fatty.

yep - http://road.cc/content/news/111262-%C2% ... -bike-show

does seem a bit bonkers to leave all that stuff in vans in a car park but I hope they get their stuff back.

Was it really £2.5k? A bargain for a XX1 and Pike fork under that price. Not sure if it is yet in production though. I wanted to ask but no one was available. Then I had the wife dragging me away reminding me that I only bought one in September.

It did say both vans had trackers but one didnt work and the police lost the other one ! They should of chosen one unlucky employee to sleep in the van :)

Forgot to add Cane Creek double barrel shock which on its own is £500.

Yep I was talking to the guy their for ages.. He was talking at length about the frame and parts.. I said about the pikes, gearing and cane creek shock and said don't know how they do it.. He did say frame was made in Far East and they then bolt it all together.. Oh also had a rockshock dropper post as well...

Bloody brilliant priced bike....
