| Post subject: | Turbo Trainer gearing |
Have just baught a turbo trainer and heart rate monitor found a workout plan has minutes heart rate and gear but the gear column says 53x17, 53x16 , 53 x 15, 53x 14 , 53 x13 and 39x17 what is the equivalent to these gears in mtb terms? |
