Do you use the bike wash facilities at trail centres? They tend to be pressure washers. Thought these were a big "no no" for cleaning bikes?

Usually just hoses, certainly not high pressure (not the ones i've used anyway)

The ones at Thetford are pressure washer type. I used it on both bikes on Sunday, probably a bad idea?

Just be careful around the bearings, do it from distance and at a right angle to the seals and it should be ok.

Its a good idea to get some muc off or wizard wash on it before hand, so ur not trying to blast the mud off.

Does Muc-Off really disperse caked on thick mud?

Used more to remove old dirty oil/grease on chain, gears, disc brake rotors than the mud on the frame

No paint but five minutes is the recommended but I've left it on for longer when the kids have gone nuclear with no issues :)

It's also very good at breaking up the oil from spills on concrete when doing a car oil change :)
