Na ive bought the 2014 version :/ oh god this isn't filling my full of confidence, i was under the impression Norco frames have a lifetime warranty on manufacture faults.

Gonna hit up Norco directly and see what they say

Ive just been on norco's website and the cracking issue was to do with the ISCG05 mount tabs and since this issue a few months back all front triangles have been re-designed, as mine is being made to order i don't think i should have a problem, but it does state on their website if it does occur then you are entitled to a full replacement

Ok, cool well that's good news. We got told that they had pulled the bike until 2015.
Sounds like they've sorted it tho

Some years back
I ordered something that was in stock only to be told a week later wasn't in stock in the end they gave me a voucher for a 1K  maybe just to get rid of me and my daily moaning emails.

Hahaha , remember that!

Don't generalize mate, it's not really like that, I've been working with CS quite some time and passed by few stores and I can say that I worked with lots of knowledgeable people.

Maximus we also had quite few delays this beginning of the year, I'd say that the delay has more to do with the manufacturer rather with Evans.

Yeah, I said that earlier on the the thread so can fully sympathize with evans that they are only telling me what they are being told, just wasn't happy on two occasions the service I recieved from a couple of members of staff. Also just sucks being told your bikes being delivered and then the date being pushed back four times haha, can't blame me for wanting to ride ;)

Hi Maximuss,
I to fell for a Norco (Sight killer B 2013) first of the 650b's.
Evans told me at the time that they were waiting for the shipping container to arrive in this country.
I didn't hand over any money, just waited until the Sight was in stock.
Kept checking web & lakeside store(local to work), they got really feed up with my weekly phone calls.

Love the look of Norco Mtb bike.

Hope your new stead arrives soon.
Looks real good.

Have also ordered a lot of other stuff from them, mostly click & collect.
Good service in general, price match is good as well.

Trev
