Yesterday 173km in 13h 45min. Now in 11h134km. At Oykel bridge now refuelling.. Point 317km. Starting the top loop soon,very remote and isolated. Early sleep to leave Bealach horn tomorrow. Feeling good but my bum is a bit sore. |

365 miles and 5th place but the rider in 4th has scratched so in another 11 miles he'll be in 4th

Go Go Javi. Do it for the flatlands & small hills of Essex & Herts. Essex IS flat compared with Scottish highlands. Doing well Javi keep up the peddling. Trev. |
