Would be great down in the south east, especially where there are limited riding opportunities in the wet. But not sure how successful it'll be up north. My brother was actually involved when he was living in Manchester and was doing some free accounting work for them. Problem is, within an hours drive from Manchester you have: the peak district the lakes Grizedale Gisburn Leigh and cragg quarry (know they're a bit dead now) Antur stiniog Revolution Llangollen Llandegla Macc Forest Delamere forest Foel Gasnach Farmer Johns And that's just from memory. Only some real bad weather would stop me from riding at those places. So not sure why you would ride inside a warehouse. Suppose dirt jumps and specific skills areas would be beneficial. |

Trouble is land and suitable buildings round here, are far more profitable, used for warehousing, retail or housing. Shame cause it could be "huge" somewhere on the M25 |
