Hi all , Had my first bike ride sort off Sunday MSG ...
Bit of a joke 1 lap and pushed the bike around the course as mud was to sticky and deep.
Operation on 15th March on shoulder so still be out of action fopr 6 weeks plus.. Hopefully be back and riding soon as possible.
Need the excersice .
Hope you are all well and catch up with you .
Specer hope arm is ok .

Hi ,missing my riding for sure .
Got to build up my muscles (not that I had much before.
Bad start to the season for sure.
