So the inevitable happened.. Held it off for has long as I could but dropped it, drunk of corse!!! So don't really fancy paying apple prices for a replacement (£120) but would prefer a new screen fitted for cheaper..cheaper the better really. Anybody got any recommendations where to go bearing in mind I live in Brentwood so don't wanna travel really far. Thanks |

I can get it done in basildon for £40 i think. Its about 20 for the screen and 20 to have it fitted. Also some of the money goes to charity which is always nice |

Its actually a just a lady my old girl works with, ill get you a number if she gets off the phone before the iphone 5 comes out |

^ had a quick look at their website, can you take it in or is it by post only? Need to get a screen replaced on an ipod touch. |

Not sure, I would give them a call first. They're just in an industrial unit on the edge of town so I don't see why not. |

Grab a screen off of ebay, can get them around £20 and fit it yourself or for a few £ more you can get it with tools needed its not as hard to do as you'd think if you take your time and make sure you read up on what you are doing first |
