Never used them - but they look to me like a classic reseller. No address and probably no stock. They will be ordering from someone else when you place your order, and thus will be dependent on someone else's fulfilment to get it to you.

This wont help now but might for the future - If I ever use some one new, I always look to see if they have an actual real shop and google their name for reviews

the good reviews are good and the bad really bad!! Got a bit excited with the price without checking..proper school boy error!! Looks like the credit card issuer will be getting involved.
