Post subject:  IPhone repair shop - Brentwood / Lakeside?
Morning all,

Out on a ride a few weeks back someone mentioned a shop where I could get my iPhone repaired (screen cracked) more or less whilst I wait, and I'm sure it was in Brentwood. Either way I have of course forgotten the name of it now(!), so was just wondering if any of you guys know of somewhere that can do this for a reasonable price (better than sending it off in the post, with the risk that entails).

Apple store in Lakeside if you want it done quickly, might want to ring and check though.

Last time I knew someone go in and get it repaired by apple, it was £120 all in, took 40 mins. Cheaper than £500 for a new one and quick, if you want it cheaper there are other companies that do it for around £60-80, but you usually have to send it off.

Is it a 4 or 4s? If so the apple store will not replace the glass but give you a brand new phone for £120 if out of warranty or smashed.

Old skool 3G ;-) Hence why it only deserves a cheapo fix
