Go to your doctor get referred. Iv seen two one at Billericay was ok but not much improvement. But the bloke I see at Basildon hospital is grate.

Depends were you live.

Don't know if you can walk in of street, give them a call.

Physiotherapy Department 01268 593815

So what's the problem, how often does it go and what you doing at the time of injury.. Do you stretch at all have you any muscle imbalances you are aware of ,. Any previous accidents effecting the pelvis or knees?

Thanks for replies...i been having the problem for about a year now in my left hammy and it seems to extend in my calf also..i have seen my doctor twice and both times its " take ibuprofen and stretch by touching ya toes" which is shit a..it first went when i just got up off the floor 1 day..i do stretch but i am a very tight fella..i think its a problem caused by a weekness somewhere else..i.e an imbalance like u said..i did 124 miles on me bike last week, ending up with a loop of bedgebury and man i sore now..knees and pelvis r all good...Z

Ibuprofen - pop a pill that fix it
I had three months of them only masks pain lowers swing of muscle .
Go back to doctor get referred.

Found doing exercises in steam room but not long to much heat can irritate muscle.

Exercise up n down on toes. look at youtube for other exercise. See Doc best bet

Flmao doctors no fook all about this sort of thing,, thats why they are gp general practioner.. Its like going to the grocery store for a decent bit of meat lol..

banjo I work on body repatterning, and muscular imbalance. let me get my couch back from one of my clients (left it there last week as running late for work ) then if you come to mine in hornchurch I will have a look to see if I can help.. I wont charge for the initial diagnosis and if I can help we can have a chat about it.

If you need treatment go see Brian Simpson in Ipswich.

This guy is a legend for Physio and has worked on many motorcycle racers, speedway, DH, MX, X-Games riders, this guy knows his stuff and is the guy i saw about my broken wrist.

They aren't bad priced either.....give them a call and see if they can sort you out!!!

Im sorry Im not going to be able to look at you for a while. ive got a lot on at the moment plus already some clients. I have some personal matters to sort out plus going away next week on holiday. I suggest perhaps reading Matts post and giving them a call, sounds like they know what they are doing.
