Trying to upload a pic so i can ask for advice bit its too big...its only 1.5 mb, but its saying only 500kb..is there something i can do???.ta..Z |

Maybe not...got it down to 500kb and saving it to desktop as a jpeg..but on desktop its a white file n not a pic..i have to open it with windows mp or something else..so when i try and upload it wont have it..any ideas????..im at the limit of my savy..thanks..Z |

Open the pic in paint. click image click resize/skew set both % values equally start with 80% and see what the image as saves kb wise |

Use microsoft picture manager - most pc/laptops come with the cutdown Microsoft office, In the Microsoft folder go to the Microsoft Tools and then start the picture manager. You can edit pics and compress them to fit various document types - Document, email, websites. It gives you the final file size before you compress it. The just save to a location of your choice in JPeg format |

Thanks for replies...i was saving them to desktop and it didnt like it..so i saved to docts and i worked fine..didnt even no me computer had a picture manager...ta..Z |

I use the freebie IrfanView to resize/compress. |
