Well ive taken the plunge, im taking a pay cut as ive been fed up with where i work for a while now..... i know alot of you will think bad things about me as you read this but im going to work for go outdoors!!!!  lol seems that theres better prospects of moving up through the company there managment training schemes etc than what there is stuck in the little bike shop in harlow  wish me luck! and hopfully as this is shift work ill get more time during the week to get out on my bike

Thanks mate! hopfully it will go well im going to be senior tech, bikes, fishing, horse riding (dont know anything about that) and climbing i beleive so we shall see how it goes ive been doing the same job for the last 8 years so its pretty damn scary!

Yeah its a hard one, i mean i know the bikes very well have been a mechanic for quite a while, fishing im good with as me and the kids go every now and then. climbing wont be that hard to pick up but the horse riding stuff is gonna be the tricky one lol. i cant wait ive been at my current bike shop for 8 years so this is proper scary shit my heart wont stop pounding... ohwell im sure things will go alright! and if anyone wants to i start in 2 weeks time so pop in and make me look popular!!!!  lol

Tip on the horse stuff, stick a posh label on it and it costs 3x as much as anything else...so the wife tells me for her and daughter's 2 horses... |
