After steve and I were debating over the weekend what would be a good energy boost, we came up with the idea of red bull jelly. So I decided to give it a go, and although it hasn't set yet, the liquid tastes nice, it's a pineapple jelly mix  Also decided to add a bit of chilli sauce to it, (idea from Tony) |

As proven by steve (Trax), vodka dosen't freeze, so may not set in jelly, but its worth a try Not sure how much energy you will get from vodka while out biking
