Hello everyone , names Jon 35 just getting back in to riding , after 3 year break ,live in islington looking to get fit meet mates and ride !skill level is basic ... due to bad injury but on the mend now riding a 2010 kona caldera

Hey jonboy. Welcome dude. Its easy to get from where you are up to Epping so look out for rides up there. It has been riding great recently.
