Hello mate.. im sure your aware that there is not a lot in the SE which is "really" technical by scotland standards but that doesnt mean that we don't have fun trails

Most of the technical stuff is reserved for the DH boys and as such is short and sweet.Epping is indeed a maze and even in the current conditions can be a good blast if your out with a group that knows its way round. keep an an eye out here http://www.essexhertsmtb.co.uk/mountain-bike-rides/ for rides out. Aston will allow you to cut together technical loops but they will be pretty short. The N downs offer the best riding this time of year but is a good hour away.
