Hi Everyone!

Been a fairly keen rider since I was a teen, started out on BMX and now 33 have moved to MTB and still having fun. ;)

Mostly ride locally around highams park, hollow ponds, and epping forest when it not tooo muddy. Have just returned from a week trip to the French/Italian Apls and its such a shame i dont live there! riding is fantastic.

Been riding a Giant AC1 for the last 5 years, getting a bit heavy compaired to some of the newer bikes and an currently saving for a Trek Remedy, Oragnge 5 or Heckler, not sure yet!

I have joined to find some more rides and this forum seems to have some good suggestions and group rides, might check out Danbury soon and i'm overdue a trip to Wales! Also just read that esher is closing, very dissapointed not to have visited before it closed!

Anywoo, hope to keen riding and posting and might see u on a trial one day soon!

Faceplant!

Hello mate - nice to have you onboard. Loving that name... I managed to face plant 3 times in a minute on a recent ride... highly entertaining to all those watching.

See you out on a ride sometime soon. Hows the south of Epping forest looking these days with all this rain?

I tested on one the weekend, very light and a nice ride. bit rattley at the back but might have been the bike i had.

still leaning more towards a Heckler, or Blur LT, and will test a orange ST4 soon to compair against a short travel bike.

all the reviews of the different models i am looking at are very positive so i think its best i test them all before making a decision, planning on keeping my next bike for some time :)
