Hi all, As you may have guessed my name is Sam, I am 27 years old and want to get riding! So after living in central London for the last couple of years I am finally moving out and heading towards Snaresbrook and have decided to treat myself to a new Mountain Bike... Trek 4900 D 2013 seeing as Epping forest is on my doorstep and it’s another way to keep fit and active. I am fairly new to Mountain biking although I did a small bit in my teens around the local woods. I am hoping as well to get some help and advice from you guys on where to go in Epping forest and maybe even join some of you on some newbie/easy going rides. Look forward to speaking to you all soon. Sam |

Hi Sam, As the others have said you've just got to get out there and get lost. TBH I rarely manage the same run round Epping twice That said here's a nice loop to get you started that runs pretty much past your front door if you're in Snaresbrook - http://www.strava.com/activities/68688262 I say nice... it usually destroys me but I'm old and fat |
