Hey,

I was getting fed up of people knocking down the jumps at the 'Grove' (Rayleigh Essex), so I was looking for new spots found this site .

Little bit about me, im 21 love riding trail's at Danbury and when I get the chance PORC and Chicksands; other than trail runs I also like dirt jumps.

Cheers

Hello Jervis

Have a look at riding spots for more details. You got Warley Gap behind Fords for dirt jumps. (Thorndon)
Its on the same train line if got to use Public transport get off Brentwood then ride up about two miles to Fords HQ

The Grove what it like there just dirt jumps is there any singletrack.
Fires up google maps ;)

EDIT: I don't ride dirt jump more standing on slide line .)

Hey Laser,

Definatly going to check Thordon out, I have a car- new 107 with a bike rack it looks ridiculous because the cars small and the rack can carry two bikes :P

there's no single track worth mentioning, just a small run to the actual jumps but its on like a 2 degree hill lol not even a slope :P The jumps a few of my friends are rebuilding i've got some pictures ill have to put them up, only problem is some people vandalise the supports in the building of the jumps :/ like burn them and stuff kick them out so it crumbles and it's all for nothing.

Is there any pics of Warley Gap and fords dirt jumps?

Cheers

Just looked at that Thorndon video, looks immense! did you guys build the trail? The dirt jumps looks nice also! Are they easy enough to find? Is it like turn up and ride or is it arranged rides only kinda thing?

Also nice to see you guys are wearing all the protective equipment

Hey jervis I'm from Brentwood and can show you around. It will blow you away over there. Some really good lines and also a great xc route to boot..
