Right had a run out today,I rode 21 miles (flitch way)at an average of 11 mph..not sure if that slow..it felt quite fast.. |

Good going there! I normally do the whole lot averaging around 13mph but I ride the bit from Rayne to Braintree every day so average higher there. 11mph sounds like you'll be fine on a group ride, we only go as fast as the slowest anyway, never leave anyone behind (unless they ask us to!). |

My legs do feel like jelly now though  Even have a pic..
