Post subject: | New to mtb |
Hi I'm new to mtb. Rode a bike all my child hood and on occasion as an adult. Bought a new bike recently and have entered the British Heart Foundation London to Southend off road bike ride. Any tips for getting ready or has anyone completed it before? |

There's nothing technically difficult on the BHF L2B and some of it is even a bit boring So concentrate on your strength & fitness, as rolling resistance on trails, is a lot higher than tarmac roads, |
