Hi all, I moved South last year, and I'm currently living in Southgate. Used to do a fair bit of XC and some DH at Cannock Chase & the Wyre Forest while living in the Midlands. Sadly, had both my bikes stolen from my garage by someone who knew exactly what they were after (they moved SWMBOs Carerra Subway to get at my two Specialized bikes, and even put the Carerra back in place when they left). Anyway, I've recently relocated to Southgate for work and picked up a second-hand 2014 Rockhopper Comp off eBay for next to nothing (it didn't even look like it had been ridden). I'm keen to get back in to biking but know that my choices are limited around here. Not really knowing the area I've been to Trent Patk a few times and have headed over to Hilly Fields too, though I was unable to find the elusive jumps! If there's anything happening nearby let me know and I'll pop along... happy to get my hands dirty too! Cheers! |

Hi mate.. I'm also new to the area.. southgate way. Would be up for a ride out up trent park some time. And go for a look for the jumps also |
