Welcome to the forum Mark, I guess you are Ipswich way from your post so perhaps keep an eye out on the ride calendar (top right on browser) to see rides in Chelmsford and so on. Most rides are a mix of abilities and fitness levels so don't worry about being a newby

Welcome along, next closest place you would be thetford forest, been there before, nothing difficult but worth going along for somewhere to start |

Thanks, had a Google of Thetford and looks like a good place for me to gain some experience will definitely be looking to get other, I've been going over alton water as it's close to me and trying to get my fitness levels up |
