Hi all, I have just moved to Chelmsford from Southend, and wish to find some local trails/rides. This site was recommended to me by Pete in Chelmer Cycles. Is there anything about locally? I have ridden the Danbury jumps and things, but do not know the XC route. I am near the Writtle/Newlands Spring/Roxwell area. Are there any half decent XC routes around here? Thanks. Mike. |

I ride Danbury loop most weeks, live there and ridden here for 40 years. Am even going tomorrow at 6.45 am... Meeting in the Cricketers Pub carpark ( Well just 50 ft down from there is a gravel carpark. Also ride Wednesday night at 7pm most weeks, also starting in the same carpark. I know Pete and he knows big Andy I ride with... You are more than welcome to come. Dan |

Definitely can't do this Saturday, I am at that stage in life whereby everybody I know is getting married, so this weekend is another of those. |
