Karve, Futete and I are planning on hitting up the Forest of Dean on weekend of 17-18th November.

Current plan is:

- Saturday 17th - uplift/DH fun during day, followed by a spot of trail/all mountain night riding when it gets dark, followed by a few beers and a curry

- Sunday 18th - morning - trail/all mountain riding, then head home after lunch

Uplift details and bookings can be done here:

18 spaces free currently for the uplift on Saturday but be warned these tend to go quite quick, so don't hang around if you're keen!

All welcome on either or both days.

I'd like to ride Fod soon actually, been trying to get there recently but cant get away from work. Might get booked up. Where are you thinking of staying?

Good luck Gents, yesterday I hit up the black dh run here for a night ride - sketchy as hell in the undergrowth with just a helmet light but awesome fun!!

Jim25, Karve - have booked a triple room for us at the Fountain Inn for the Saturday night - price is £82 for the room including breakfast - so £27 each - hope that's ok?

No one else keen?

Might be up for a trip down on Sunday can offer a couple of lifts if willing to chip in for fuel

I'm driving up in my van so will have space for 2 more plus bikes

Also Casey would like to come on the Saturday but would need to be back for Sunday as he is working if anyone's thinking doing just the one day
