Will be doing Bike park Wales on 17th of May. Going full enduro and earning our turns. Optimistic we can get 7-9 ish runs in which will mean 3-4000ft of climbing

Sounds intense, are the climbs on the uplift service road or are there trails? |

Its a separate route. Either single track all of the way or you can do it on a fire road. Its away from the buses. http://www.mbr.co.uk/routes/trail-centr ... les-321952 http://www.strava.com/activities/77379693 The Mini enduro involved climbing 6 times up and although I was ill for the event those who did it said it was ok. Adam who is a bit of a pedaling animal did 8 full climbs and 4 partials last week and was ok with it. |

Ouch.. Only done 9 runs with uplift, I rode the 'up'..twice..that was enough ! |
