Good to get together last night to go through the plans for the trip.

darren/matt - the magor services at j.23a on the M4 seems a good place to meet and is less than 20 miles from cwm carn. how does a 9am meet sound? (about 3 hours from home so thats good for the 6am start as planned)

Dont forget your cash for the toll at the severn bridge!

I've got some time booked off work with nothing planned between Friday 13th and Monday 16th July so I'm thinking of going to Wales for either 2 or 3 days riding.

From reading various threads on here the most popular trails seem to be Forest of Dean, Afan, Coed Llandegla and Cwmcarn but I'm more than happy to try some others.

As the weather is guaranteed to be nice and sunny that weekend? ?, the plan at the moment is to chuck a tent in the car and camp, as their seems to be loads of decent campsites that cost next to nothing. Or I'll be happy enough slumming it in a local B&B.

Any interest in this?

There better be guaranteed to be nice weather LOL

Nothing we can do about the weather, if it comes to it we can always find a b&b if campings not looking to appealing.
confirmed with darren and matt today we'll be meeting at the magor services at 9 so see you in the morning.
matt - look after my bike tonight mate, make sure shes tucked in!
