So got the green light to go again in a few weeks or so so thinking of maybe next time leaving early Sat morning say 6am hit a trail centre for 11am after stopping for food then ride until 6'ish stay over in a B&B then ride Sunday and head home in the afternoon..

so lets get some dates and options together ?

Could do CYB for the Saturday then early start Sunday head to Llandgela for the morning and food then aim to ride from say 10am and leave for home in the afternoon..

also as a side option should have the 28th to 30th of August free for a midweek away day some were...

Hmmmm now ya got me attention.. Loving the photos from round one ;-)

Mid week away day I could do on those dates as I'm off last two weeks in August.. May need to build my bedroom furniture double quick so to earn extra brownie points for a possible away weekend :-) in Wales ;-)

£160 sounds doable, is that including fuel then aswell, If i come i'd most likely be driving my van and kip in the back.

Hey fellas I have a big 4 man tent big enough to stand in so any 6 footer + won't touch the top or get feet cold ;-). It all packs into a bag about 3ft x 2ft.

Would gladly help fuel costs to Wales and back :-)

Think this time id be more inclined to stay at a B&B, i like camping but the riding is so full on and climbs are killing and think we all agreed after last weekends trip that a good nights kip in a bed is the way to go especially if its just for one night its worth the 25 quid or so. the camp site we stayed in at CYB with the lift to pub also does B&B..

Right O

Over a BBQ and several beers me and Jim have decided we will be leaving on the 7th Sep and returning on the 9th
Will be going to Afan on the 7th and staying in a B&B and riding skyline and whites on the Saturday, then heading somewhere else not far away for the night then riding there on the sunday then driving home, destination to be confirmed and open to options long as its not more than an hour or so away?

All welcome
