Looking at lap times not much in open winner to Elite male times.

I think open needs tighter constraints finish in the top ten move to sport E.T.C

Yeah prob Geoff it's a great atmosphere I'm in open and will be slow with a 5 day old third child training is slipping :)

Take it at your own pace and don't take yourself to seriously is my top tip

Best take that child seat if the back of the bike Mad... It's causing drag...

Geoff, the open class is better unless you want to be caught slowing down all the Lycra clad racers... All MSG races are fun to do, and you get to fall off in front of a crowed of people... :-)

Why on the British Cycling website the 29th classed as Chelmsford not as Hadleigh?
