That's what I'm thinking to be honest.

Thinking about it I think I'm going to bail...

Sorry guys but I don't have Manu days to do whatever I want and I don't want to be dissapointed!

I sent them an email and asked about whats open..their reply

"Firstly sorry in the delay replying, Yes some of the sections are closed
I reckon if you came next week just over half the trail would be open.
The bad weather basically ruined alot of the trail, which needed urgent
attention before it became beyond repair, luckily we have secured some
funds to vastly improve alot of the sections and were hoping all the
trail will be ready by the beginning of the summer holidays. The plan is
once repair work on a section is complete we will leave it to settle for
a while otherwise in the past we've rushed to get it open and it has
been ruined in days."

Sorry Matt, missed your message this morning - though am happy to see that you've got the message about not going.

I'm going to head out for a local spin, explores some areas I've not been before.

Banjoboy - thanks for the heads up.

I spoke to them earlier in the week and they didn't say anything but its clear from the forestry website that there's a fair bit closed!

I've never been but hope to be heading there on Monday for a family day out, doing family ride, etc. and also gonna do a couple of cheeky laps of the MTB bit when family chilling at lunch.

I'll report back after the weekend :)

Family days can also work at Thetford.
I'm also thinking if we go to centre parcs elveldon forest (Thetford) with friends a bit of trail riding can be slotted in nicely.
