Hi all I've been riding over at Swinley Forest a couple of weekends since they re-opened the single track. Heading over again on Saturday for a couple of loops of the blue trails (about 10km a loop), trying to improve my fitness before summer arrives properly. Pace is fair but not extreme, about 40-45mins for a loop. I'm aiming for a 10 - 10.15 start as parking seems to be at a premium if the weather is good Dan |
