Riding around like a headless chicken is my style. I love a bit of an adventure. Decent mileage and a new place so i like to say I am in but I am thinking of riding Wiggle South Down Epic on that day. Not certain yet as I am waiting to hear from a friend before I decide. I will keep this in mind over the next few days. It looks like we could also squeeze in an hour around Bedgebury Forest too. |

Your mate is welcome to join us and this has got to be better than a Wiggle ride.... It's free. As we will be riding in a group at the same speed you can convince yourself that your pace is 'reasonable' as you aren't being continually passed by the anti-cake brigade. You can choose your own type of cake. The chances are very high that we will get lost at least once making it a 'true adventure' experience. There will be cake ( if you bring some ) rather than energy gels. Bedgebury sounds like a good add on if we aren't completely knackered by the end and have some cake leftover. Did I mention the cake? |

Cake...where is the cake? We were going with families for a long camping weekend and thake the kids to arundel castle. Camping is booked but not the Wiggle ride as yet because it became apparent that the other family may not make it. 50/50 now but i will know by weekend. If they cant make it then we wont be going so I will then be free for North Downs. |

With Adams GPS there is no getting lost so non stop riding. Its looking increasingly likely that my friend has to work that weekend so no camping/wiggle ride. The chances are that I will be joining this ride but I will let you know in a day or two. If we can get to Bedgebury to finish it off, that's another 12miles (red & blue) to make it a sweet 50! The burger and the beer in between will never taste any better. |

Ok found a loop very similar to the second one, it seems to have more road stuff.. maybe worth having for a backup? http://www.gpsies.com/map.do?fileId=pmeivjotbkcxxqwp |

Bugeye you could use something like bike hike to trace the route and generate your own gpx file, Out of interest what book are those routes from? |
