. Next time you should turn up on a 24" bike. 2 days of 4-5 hrs riding, I felt it yesterday morning. Thighs and shoulders were aching but it felt good.

Ok Remi, Just entered Thetford race next Sunday (you talked me into it).......you know the wife and kids will let you go....just ask nicely!!!!! Going for 2 hr race! That is all I was allowed! Captain Climb! (anybody else reading this and wants to do race, you need to book online before midnight tonight (Tuesday))! |

Go for it Captain Climb, do us all proud...... Remi, Went for a run last night only 3.8 miles. My legs felt worse this morning than on Monday morning after Sundays 29 miles. Must do it again soon........... Trev. |

Thats good John. I am sure you will enjoy Just watch out for those behind shouting 'on your left' or 'on your right'....you just go zig zag. If I ride on Sunday I will find the door lock changed. I should be OK for the next race. Let me know how you get on, we do the 4hr ride next. Its a long drive for just 2hr riding. Trev, blame it on the Cardiac mate. |
