Always keen for an Afan tripmate but wont be healed up enough by then - if ur in that region maybe consider doing FOD as well. Much prefer that over cwm for uplifting \and its on 20 mins off the m4

Food for thought definatly, thanks for the idea karve shame you wont be able to make it. I have just found out that macmillan are doing there monster 50km 75km 100km fundraiser the weekend we are there too. |

Yeah we are camping at bryn bettws its got a 4x track and jump park on site  more the merrier buddy.

Cool i will ask mates, rode that track there last year, but we stayed closer to the start of whites near the drop off cafe (by the trout fishery). whats the genaral level of fittnes with you guys, can you ride to the top of whites? If you can non stop your much fitter then me. LOL |
