I have had mine 3-5 years (i have multiple units) a new set of batteries was required this year after the first few rides they started to give less than 2 hrs, new improved batteries and one bigger pack for my main light now run at 4+ hours without issue. i would now recommend getting the battery pack with individual cells when coming to replacement. I have one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-4000Lm-3X ... 3f45d4b4e1 powered by one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NITEFIRE-Wate ... 1c496c8427 but search around a bit for the empty case, (£6) and a good set of cells (i bought trustfire ones which were crap at £1 each) |
